Herbert River RSL – Survey Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is Herbert River RSL, located at 4 Hawkins Street, Ingham, 4850, Queensland, Australia.

2. Promotion Overview
Customers who complete the official Herbert River RSL survey are eligible to receive a $5 discount as a thank-you for their feedback, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Eligibility

• The promotion is open to customers of Herbert River RSL aged 18 years or over.
• Employees, management, and immediate family members may be excluded from participation at the discretion of the promoter.

4. How to Participate

• To receive the discount, participants must:
  • Fully complete the official survey.
  • Provide their full name within the survey response.
• Incomplete surveys or surveys submitted without a name will not be eligible.

5. Discount Conditions

• Each participant is eligible for one (1) $5 discount only.
• The discount is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged.
• The discount must be redeemed in accordance with instructions provided (e.g., at point of sale, bar, or restaurant – specify if needed).

6. Redemption

• The $5 discount must be redeemed by the named participant.
• Discount must be redeemed within 7 days from when participant received the code.
• Proof of identity may be required to verify eligibility.
• The promoter reserves the right to refuse redemption if fraud, duplicate entries, or misuse is suspected.

7. Promotion Period
